Alexia Timberlake Boyd is a Collections Manager at the Greenville County Museum of Art in Greenville, SC and has worked there for 24 years. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree from Clemson University in 1991. From 1992 to 2002 she taught both youth and adult–level classes at the Greenville Museum’s Center for Education, and for two years she taught in the A.R.M.E.S. Visual Arts program at the Fine Arts Center in Greenville. She is co-chair of the Open Studios Steering Committee at the Metropolitan Arts Council in Greenville. Alexia maintains a studio space at the Artbomb Studios in Greenville, and resides in Saluda, NC.
